Intentional Space
Each Dance Wave Meditation takes place in a welcoming, safe, and non-judgmental environment. Music, intention, and inner focus create a container of trust, where everyone can explore their own rhythm while respecting their own pace and limits.
Dance becomes meditation.
Movement becomes prayer.
The body becomes the teacher.

New to Dance Meditation?
Whether you are looking for self-exploration or a communal celebration, this experience is for you. It is perfectly normal to feel a little nervous or self-conscious before your first dance. Here is what to expect:
- No Steps to Learn: There is no choreography and no “right” way to move. Your body leads the way. It’s not about how you look, but how you feel.
- Judgment-Free Zone: Everyone is focused on their own inner journey. We create a safe, dimly lit, and sacred space where you can be yourself.
- No Experience Needed: The dance journey will always manifest what is needed at any point in time for every person, regardless of previous experience.
- Effortless Process: There is no thinking, analyzing, or deep mental processing required—whatever happens, happens effortlessly.
- Age & Physical Condition: Your physical state is of no real importance; you can move as little or as much as you feel called to. Everyone is unique.
- A Whole-Body Workout: On a physical level, this is a fun, effortless workout that uses the body as an instrument of communication.
- What to Wear: Wear comfortable clothes you can sweat in. With that in mind, you can dress your personal “dance” style.
- The 90-Minute Wave: The music starts slowly to help you arrive, builds to a high-energy peak for release, and settles into a quiet, meditative finish. The music is carefully curated for a wonderful experience.
The important thing is to feel the music, listen to your body, move freely, stay centered in the self, and let go. The focus is on inner awareness throughout the dance wave, allowing the body, heart, and soul to move as they truly feel like moving, releasing, and expressing.
Experience this transformative dance meditation, where you will leave feeling lighter, energized and uplifted. It is a great compliment to yoga practice – where you can let loose and move in different ways, integrating awareness and vitality, grounding and lightness, reaching the pleasure of simply feeling alive and present in your body.
Let’s use the power of dance to explore our Self and experience our Joy even further and integrate these discoveries deeply in our body and psyche!
The “new man” that the Indian mystic Osho speaks about is one who is an authentic human being, who is blend of a Zorba the Greek and Siddartha the Buddha. Someone who can let their hair down and dance in the moonlight while peacefully watching the swans sitting on the lake.
“Your ecstasy is a movement towards the height, and your meditation is a movement towards the depth. And once you have both, your life becomes a celebration.” Osho
